九州南端鹿児島の芋焼酎の伝統的な製造方法を知る工場見学（バーチャルツアー）に参加しませんか？
鹿児島には焼酎蔵が１１３程あり２０００を超える銘柄があると言われて
います。鹿児島本土南端の枕崎市にある長い歴史を持つ「明治蔵」の伝統的
焼酎づくりを、ご自宅にいながらまるで蔵見学をしている様な雰囲気でツア
ーに参加いただけます。
ツアー内容

１） 薩摩酒造株式会社「明治蔵」の１００年を超える歴史を持つ建物内で行われている伝統の焼酎づくりの工程を蔵の杜氏が説明・ガイドが案内します。
（焼酎の生産期である今だけのリアルなシーンが見られる可能性大）
２） 種類の違う麹で作られた焼酎はそれぞれ違う香りを持ちます。本蔵の職人がおいしい飲み方を伝授します。
３） ツアー最後にQ&Aタイムがあります。
４） ツアー中、参加型のクイズタイムもあります。

Virtual Tour- The Secret of Koji in Shochu @ Meijigura Distillery
-Learn beloved spirits of Shochu, nurtured by time and craftsmanship in the South of Japan-
Kagoshima is located in the most southern part of Japan mainland. Kagoshima is well known for the local spirits made from sweet potato, Shochu, and it is said that there are 113 Shochu distilleries and more than 2000 brands of Shochu in Kagoshima. Meijigura Distillery is located at the southern tip of Kagoshima in a historical building. You can enjoy the traditional production method of the unique liquor and the atmosphere of the building.

Highlight:
• The building of the distillery is more than 100 years old. You’ll witness the historical Kura (Distillery) still active.
• Shochu Master Distiller “Toji” and his craftsmen keep a tradition and produce Shochu by using the ancient production method. You can learn the method with a movie during the tour. It’s in the limited season of production of Shochu now and you also could observe the production process in real-time
• Each brand has a different flavor. Its craftsman introduces how you can enjoy Shochu.
